Knotique is a handmade slow fashion brand specialising in bags and accessories. Our products are crafted with care and may be available as ready-made items or made-to-order pieces.

2. Products

All our products are handmade. As a result, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are natural and not considered defects — they are part of the handmade character of each piece.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions. We do our best to represent our products accurately.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

For made-to-order items, production begins upon payment confirmation. These items are crafted specifically for you and are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of damage or significant mismatch (see our Return & Refund Policy).

For ready-made items, UK customers have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided items are unused and in original condition.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary by destination and are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
