At Knotique, every piece is carefully handmade with love and attention to detail. Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
We kindly ask you to review all product descriptions, photos, and measurements carefully before placing your order.
Please note: colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions. We do our best to represent our products as accurately as possible.
Exceptions
We will only accept a return or offer a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The item received is significantly different from what was described or shown
If your order falls into one of these categories, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item at [your email address], including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
